We offer timely, innovative GIS consulting services, utilizing state-of-the-art GIS technology by ESRI. We have experience with legacy ESRI applications as well as the ArcGIS framework. We are well-versed with ArcGIS, ArcGIS Spatial Analyst, ArcGIS 3D Analyst, Visual Basic, ArcObjects, geodatabase design, UML, use cases, and object-oriented modeling.

 

 

GIS database design and implementation Our database design services start with understanding your needs then designing and building a custom database that meets those needs. We have expertise in a variety of data formats including geodatabases and know how to take advantage of advanced geodatabase objects such as domains, subtypes, relationships, and topology.   GIS modeling and spatial analysis Modeling and analysis allows you to better understand the spatial relationships in your data. Our services include identifying and understanding a question or issue, modeling that issue, investigation and interpretation of the model results, and presentation of those results. We have expertise in modeling with ArcGIS software using ModelBuilder and other tools including ArcGIS Spatial Analyst.   GIS application development Application development services include designing and developing solutions specific to your needs.  We can build specific utilities to enhance your workflow or complete turnkey GIS solutions.  We can deliver these solutions as plug-ins to your existing ESRI GIS software or as separate GIS applications.
	Cartographic design and mapping Our cartographic services include the design and production of clear, concise, and easy-to-read maps that convey complex geographic relationships. We have expertise with using cartographic features of ArcMap software to create professional, informative, well organized an aesthetically pleasing maps (both for digital and print distribution). When necessary, we enhance the maps using additional graphic software packages.   Training TopoWorks offers custom training services and ESRI authorized courses. We are one of the few organizations in the country authorized to teach the ESRI Introduction to Programming ArcObjects with VBA course.   Custom training is designed to meet specific organization and user needs. We offer individual tutoring as well as tailored courses. Tailored courses can be completely customized classes with new courseware that incorporates specific scenarios, exercises, and data or they can be customizations of ESRI courses that substitute client data sets (subject to approval by ESRI).
Project Consulting Project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our expertise to develop and/or implement plans, from conceptual planning to final deliverable.   Project Management Our project management services include defining client needs, specifying scope of work, defining project tasks, resources, and timelines, then tracking the project through implementation, assessing and making modifications as warranted.
